Words of truth, dear reader: I am much more likely to be drinking a cider than a beer at most breweries or beer gardens. And I thank the heavens that drier, European styles of cider making are becoming just as present as the sweet ones traditionally found in the USA. As this revolution continues, you can bet I’ll be following and reviewing it avidly. In these posts, you will find mentions of ciders that have impressed me and cocktails that have used cider masterfully. I hope the list soon grows long enough that I need to figure out how to break cider down into categories.
